I feel history.
Original Text
It was a calm place where the old townscape was preserved and you can feel the history. The tower gate of Sakamiji Temple was very splendid. There were many stone Buddhas in Rakanji Temple. It is called 500 Rakan.
About 5 minutes walk from Hojo Station. The merchant house begins when you enter the left of Mitsui Sumitomo Bank on the Ekimae-dori. I feel lonely now, but there are houses with lattice doors and insect basket windows. In addition, on the other side of the station front street, there is an old house line, and you can see a house with Udatsu and a kote-e. It is a town where you can discover colors 々 if you take a leisurely stroll.
October 25th (Sun) Hojo no inn, which is very crowded with food stalls lined up in the city from Sakamiji Temple to Otoshi Shrine, is a day of Kurankai. Both children and adults are enjoying it together.
There is an area where old private houses still remain from Hojocho Station to Sumiyoshi Shrine immediately north. It's a wonderful townscape that makes you think you've slipped back in time.
It prospered as a key point of the highway connecting Kyoto and Izumo, and its prosperity was even sung in the song, "Hojo is the capital, and Rokusai City is the month." Even now, the townscape that leaves its remnants has a taste, and there are buildings with "Udatsu" and "insect cage windows". In addition, the only rail bus "Hojo Railway" in Japan and "Five hundred Rakan", which is said to be "the five hundred Rakan in the west of Hojo if your parents see it" are famous, but the most famous is April's first Saturday, Sunday ...
