A park at the tram stop of Ishibashi. However, the road was difficult to understand, and when I tried to go down the stairs, I got lost. (In the first place, the residential area on the slope of the mountain is easy to get lost because of the intricate stairs and alleys.) It is not as good as Mt. Inasa or Mt. Nabekan, but you can overlook the cityscape and the harbor of Nagasaki. It may feel closer to the city. There are playsets and parking lots in the park (about 15 cars), so you can enjoy it even if you come with your family. As an aside, it snows until the afternoon on the day ...

Is it a good place to get up early in the morning and jog? It was great to see Japanese people enjoying exercise in the morning. The park is clean.

On the way up to Mt. Nabekan by taxi, you can see it. Please note that it is not on the shortcut to Mt. Nabekan on foot!
