It is a front-rear burial mound with a 3 stage structure that is said to have been built in the first half of the century near Mokutori Station. According to the explanation, haniwa and earthenware of species 々 were discovered at this tomb. It was past noon, but the visitors were on weekdays, and I moved to the next burial mound after looking at the back of the burial mound in a monopoly state.
After visiting the burial mound in Daisen Park, I visited the Mitoyama burial mound on the east side beyond the JR Hanwa Line. The tomb floating on the moat where the water is full 々 is beautiful. I was able to take a pleasant walk with a moat where herons and others relax.
Located in the southeast of the Nintoku Emperor's Mausoleum, almost in the center of the Mokutori Kofun Group, it is a front-rear burial mound with a length of about 203 meters. It is said that there were several tozuka, but only the Mandaiyama Kofun tumulus still exists. It is the fourth largest in the Mokutori Kofun Group, and the burial mound is built in three steps, and it seems that there used to be a double moat.
It is located from the end of the Itasuke Kofun. It will still be an old burial mound with a large moat, but the former 々 has an outer moat. I think the surroundings of the tumulus are well maintained.
