Not Terribly Easy to Find, But Make the Effort
Tsugizakura Temple is almost directly above this spring - look over the road edge and there it is. Make a point of finding this spot. The site is beautiful, the spring water delicious, and there i...
We stayed at a wonderful Minshuku around the corner and it was an easy visit from there. Well worth a stop on your walk. You can see how it is part of the every day life of local villagers.
It's good to walk, but if you're a car, you're careful to drive and you're hard to turn U.

It will be a valuable water field on the way to Kumano Kodo. It would be nice to come to this place while walking, but I found it while driving and went there, but it is a fairly narrow road because it goes along the road between old houses. The road in front of Shimizu was narrow and I couldn't stop the car and it was not easy to make a U-turn.

A beautiful spring
We stumbled here by accident but it is a very calm place to rest for a few minutes. It is a bit further down the mountain from the Kumano Kodo

The source is just below the sanctuary ,do not stop filling a bottle of this wonderful water that seems to be leaving out of the refrigerator
