At Omotesando, it is a fashionable and full of luxury boutique shopping with many expensive apartments too. I only know of this area because of all the trending cafe and overseas coffee chains. Now then when I went to explore Omotesando on foot, I found many interesting shops too. I manage to find streetwear and hair salons too. I also have seen many lifestyle stores too. It feels like a conclusive neighourhood beside the glitzy luxury shopping. The base prices for a haircut is pretty high too when you compare to Singapore prices. #tokyotrip Whenever I’m in Tokyo, I’ll be sure to visit Number Sugar in Omotesando. Number Sugar is a hidden gem located in the side streets of Omotesando. It is a sleek, minimalist store selling artisanal in a number of varied flavours such as raspberry caramel, ginger caramel, coffee caramel etc. For ¥200 a pop, you can try some of their original flavored caramels – from raspberry to salt, chocolate and ginger. All are handmade, natural-flavored, additive-free and preservative-free. They just melt in your mouth! I will be back! My rating of this shop: 4.5 ⭐️ out of 5!

Located at the trendy Azabu Juban neighbourhood about 10 minutes walking from Omote Sando, this petite shop serves Omakase style cuisine at his own eatery. Serving Kansai style dishes where the owner was borned, the owner serve food where ingredients were sourced from his hometown Saga area. All dishes were prepared with top quality grade and carefully prepared at their most prefectly savoured style. One course consists of 9 dishes prepared differently. It's 4.30pm in the evening but the sun sets very early especially during winter when winter Solstice is approaching. But this does not stop us from having afternoon tea although the day is dark. This restaurant is well known for their signature stewed duck soba and tempura. We arrived at noon, and got to queue up for around 30 minutes, if you brings pet, you could also ask for outdoor seats to stay with your pet. We ordered a tempura don(rice) set, and 3 side dishes of Tofu, Grilled duck breast and eel egg roll. The Grilled duck breast is very much recommended, the best and soft duck breast i ever had.#tempura
