No need to stop by
We stopped by this place since we were in the area and just couldn’t figure it out at all. I wouldn’t even call this an attraction as it’s a waste of time. Perhaps a guide would’ve been helpful?

The remains of people living in the Jomon period about 4500 years ago were discovered and the pit-type residence has been restored. Dai 々 There is also a display hall for excavated items from the Kihachiman ruins.
Daisho 々 When I visited Kihachimangu Shrine, I saw a vertical hole-type residence or restored residence in the precincts and learned that there was a Jomon ruins. Daigaku 々 The hill house with Kihachimangu Shrine seems to have been a good place to live for Jomon people who hunt and fish. It's near the approach and you can see it immediately, so I think it's a good idea to see it when you visit.
Daisho 々 It is an archaeological site in the precincts of Kihachiman Shrine. The stone age residence has been restored. It was a sunny hill and it was a good environment to live in.
Daigaku 々 On the left hand of the approach to the front of Kihachiman Jinja shrine (passing the entrance of fukusenji Temple), the restoration of the ruins of the residence site and the right hand toward Kihachiman Jinja shrine 々 There is a small house of "Daigaku 々 Kihachiman ruins excavated display". When you approach, the sensor works and the lights are lit so that you can see the inside. Only one ruins have been restored 1, but they are surrounded by fences and cannot be entered.
