Mao Dun's Former Residence (Memorial Hall) is located at No. 17 Guanqian Street, Wuzhen Town, Tongxiang City, Zhejiang Province. It was announced as a key cultural relics protection unit in the country by the State Council in January 1988, and was announced as a patriotic education base in Zhejiang Province by the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the CPC and the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government in February 1995.
