A magnificent main hall
Original Text
It is a large temple in Saiji-cho, on the west side of Tsuyama City. The main hall seen from the mountain gate is large and magnificent, and it is estimated that it was built in 1653. The approach from the mountain gate is straight and there are graves on both sides, but it was well maintained and open, quiet and spectacular.
A temple in Saiji-cho in the Josai district of Tsuyama City. When you enter from the mountain gate, there are large graveyards on the left and right, and a long approach extends in the middle. When you visit by car, it is a style to enter from the side of the main hall. The main hall is designated as a cultural property of the city with prefectures, bell towers and tsuruguchi. The main hall is carved and decorative. The tsuruguchi was removed and could not be seen during worship.
About 20 minutes walk from JR Tsuyama station. A temple of the Nichiren sect built around 1615. Tombstones are lined up on both sides of the approach, and beyond that is the main hall with a magnificent roof. At the top of the main hall, there is a splendid sculpture worth a look.
