May Day Conference Site

The Wuyiyi site is located on the east side of the north section of Wuyi Road, Ulanhot City, next to the Hinggan League Court. The building is a brick and wooden structure, 45 meters long, 45 meters wide from east to west,12.4 meters from north to south, the main entrance faces west, covering an area of 2214 square meters, and the conference hall area of 557 square meters. It was established in 1946 as the East Mongolia Military and Political Cadre School. On May 1, 1947, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Government was announced here. It was renovated in 1987 and displayed in the hall with photos and other cultural relics, which is the second batch of key cultural relics protection units in the Autonomous Region.

The May 1st site is one of the few revolutionary sites in Ulanhot City, and it is also the place where the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was established. Inside is an auditorium, with blessing slogans hanging on both sides of each base. It's pretty good outside, and now it's a key cultural relics protection unit.

The Wuyijian site is located on Wuyi North Road, Ulanhot City. It is also a patriotic education base and an important place to witness the peaceful liberation of Inner Mongolia. The site is a blue brick building hall, the site is still relatively large, and it is still restored according to the appearance of the year. The meeting site was held on May 1, 1947, and the Inner Mongolian Representative Conference was held here, and the official establishment of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Government, the first ethnic minority autonomous regime in the country. In that year, Ulanfu and other old proletarian revolutionaries rushed to the call and marched forward, finally winning. The venue is a patchwork of rudimentary tables and chairs, and there is nothing grandiose. The only decoration is the walls on both sides of the venue, which are filled with banners of the CPC Central Committee and the blessings of Mao Zedong and Zhu De. The meeting site is very close to Wuyi Square and Ulanfu office site, and you can visit it together. The attraction is free to open to the outside, it is not big, and it can come out in 15 minutes.

I am from Hinggan League, Mongolian. My high school was in Ulanhot, and now I am a freshman. I went to the five-minute site when I was in military training in Gaoyi.
