What a breathtaking view over this historic town and towards the Brocken
A worthwhile experience to take the staircase to the tower of the late baroque church and— once the top reached— to enjoy the view from the platform over Wernigerode/ towards Elbingerode and Schierke.
At the moment in the process of reconstruction
The Lieblings Church is currently being converted to the concert house. Therefore, there are no visits at the moment.

The present church's interior features a good testimony of the high artistic skill of Werneigeröder Bildhauer. This is worth seeing.
