Zhongshan Warship Museum

The whole museum is full of tragedy and stirring, but it brings strength to move forward. It's a very worthwhile exhibition.

Wuhan Zhongshan Ship Museum is located in the outskirts of Wuhan City. Zhongshan Ship is very famous, with a tonnage of less than 1,000. It is almost placed in the big powers, even auxiliary ships. The first floor is basically nothing. The second floor mainly introduces the experience of the Zhongshan Ship, and the third floor mainly introduces the various accompanying articles of the Zhongshan Ship. The restored Zhongshan Ship still maintained the scars left by the attack, but the military equipment was in its peak state. According to the introduction, the main gun of the ship had been transferred to shore during the last battle period of Zhongshan Ship. The main task of the ship was to fight against the air, so the military equipment was mainly air-releasing weapons. As the Red Patriotism Museum, Zhongshan Shipboard Museum is really the best choice for people who like history and ships. It just doesn't understand why the arrangement is so far from the city. If one person goes by car, he must be ready for the whole journey.

Historic and cultural attractions, in fact, are worth visiting. If you take a bus, you can take bus 910 at the departure station opposite Wuchang Railway Station. It takes about an hour to arrive after 43 stops. It is suggested that it is more convenient for you to travel by yourself. Besides the museum, there is also a martyr monument in the scenic area. There is also a good place for you to climb and go green. Now it's the 20th anniversary of the salvage of Zhongshan Ship. There's also Zhang Zhidong's birthday exhibition in the museum. There's still a lot to see. Nobody goes in the summer. I want to remind you that the woman who sells beans and flowers at the entrance of the museum is very unsophisticated, asking for a lot of money. She will shout two dollars a bowl and one dollar a bowl. There is a restaurant in the back door of the museum, which can completely solve the problem of eating.

Today our school visited the Wuhan Zhongshan Ship Museum and learned a lot about history and saw all kinds of valuable relics, the most shocking of which was that there was a real Zhongshan ship in the museum! Although the ship was restored after being salvaged from the sea, it was enough to amaze me. I also enjoyed the beautiful natural environment and the martyr's monument around the museum, and I learned about history while enjoying the trip, which I think made this visit to Zhongshan Museum very meaningful.

Zhongshan warship museum in the middle of the Hannan district is a place where one of the most interesting ships in the whole of China is preserved. On Wednesday our school went to the museum and although lots of other students thought it wasn’t interesting, I was super satisfied with the experience I got. Especially because of the huge ship that is on display. It gave us an idea of what a ship would look like in the past and made it seem interesting. I was also happy with my experience because of the information that I learned. I learned what it was called in the past, the role it played, the famous people that had travelled on it and the things that it has onboard. But although I was happy there was one part that I did not like. On the first floor there are lots of information that could be learned but because of the Chinese I wasn’t able to understand and accumulate more information, which seemed to me like it bore very interesting information such as slavery and the colonisation of China, the different treaties that China had to sign, etc. Overall, I think that is definitely a place worth visiting.
