Magical Waterfall Town ~ 芙蓉镇📌 From Zhangjiajie (张家界) in Hunan, you can take a bus from the long distance bus station to just outside the town. This trip will take about 2 hours. From here, you can ask your hotel for help. Mine came to help me find a car which will take you to the town entrance for about 10RMB (you can try to negotiate), but it's only a 5min drive. Then you need to pay an entry fee into the town which will cover 3 days. ⛲️ It's a very small town and I walked around it in about 2-3 hours. There are some spas along the streets where you can get a foot massage while looking at the waterfall. In the evening, there are performances (1 free, 1 needs ticket) which are really cool to watch. And of course the waterfall! You can't come to Furongzhen and not see it at night time, it's spectacular! 🏠 The hotel I stayed at was called 江湖驿站（Jiang hu yi zhan). I found it through a friends' friend. The biggest highlight of Furong Town is the waterfall tour at night. Eat the local special pork feet soup, drink a bowl of rice tofu in Liu Xiaoqing's movie, go to the waterfall night tour, the lights at night, several times better than the day, from the back of the waterfall, there is a water curtain hole in front of you, especially great!
There are many ancient tourist towns now, but Furong Town is an ancient town supported by cultural heritage. Because of the 1987 power supply "Furong Town", the landscape is mainly a large waterfall, from up and down to view the scenery. Furong Town has not had a waterfall more than ten years ago. This time I entered the park at around 6 pm. I saw that the night view at night was very beautiful. The lights came out. The whole waterfall attractions were very beautiful. It was worth a visit. There were performances at night.
