Ji Zi is Ji Zha, the fourth son of King Wu's Shoumeng in the Spring and Autumn Period. Ji Zha is not only of noble character, but also a diplomat with foresight. Ji Temple was built to worship him in later generations. There are cross monuments, water-removing stones, Jihe Bridge and other places of interest in the temple, but it is more famous for its unique spectacle - Boiling Well and Spring. The boiling wells of Jizi Temple are mainly distributed at the side of the boiling well in front of the temple. It is recorded in the chronicle that in ancient times there were hundreds of wells, some of which were boiling wells. There are six existing ancient boiling wells. From a distance, the well fence is simple and elegant, with a unique charm; when you get closer, you can see that the water in the well is churning and the waves are roaring. This peculiar landscape amazes visitors. In addition, there are many boiling springs surging in the rivers and ponds around the temple. As early as the Eastern Jin Dynasty more than 1,600 years ago, Boijing was already well-known. Visiting Jizi Temple and watching the boiling wells and springs are the things that the dignitaries and scholars of all dynasties yearn for. Celebrities of the past dynasties, such as Li Bai, Saduchin, Shen Deqian, etc., have left immortal poems after visiting the temple.
