KKristin: More help is needed in the evenings. Additionally the room we checked into did not have a working toilet.  When I tried to call the front desk, the phone didn’t work. I had to go down to desk and was able to get a new room. This was fairly inconvenient, but at least we were given a room nearby and not on a different floor, so could have been worse.

LLewis: I booked my room online and the guy at the front counter was waiting on someone before me. On his screen pop-up $50 deposit. Well he did not asked the lady in front of me for the deposit but when it was my turned; he asked me to pay $50. I told him that was for the lady in front of me and he did not asked her so why was he asking me for a deposit. Overall, the stay was very good except for the front desk guy. I think that you guys need to be persistent and asked everyone for a deposit.

RRoselia Moncada: It was my first time in Denver, and staying at the Hyatt Regency made my visit very pleasant. The staff is very kind and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. I'd definitely book there without hesitation.
