"It was my first time in Denver, and staying at the Hyatt Regency made my visit very pleasant. The staff is very kind and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. I'd definitely book there without hesitation."

"The hotel does not have a shuttle bus service. Check this service before traveling. Easy check-in. It is recommended to talk about the check-in and check-out dates clearly on the check-in date. Because I have experienced a misunderstanding from the hotel that I checked out 2 days before the actual day and swiped my card (which I used to pay the deposit when checking in) for 2 more nights and a new deposit. I had to negotiate to get the money back. It was quite difficult and I had to send an email to confirm the booking, but I got it all back. Trip.com helped solve the problem together. It was very good. I would like to praise it. The room was spacious and comfortable, but there was no cleaning service during the stay. Breakfast was sufficient. There was a waffle maker for you to make yourself. There were biscuits with average taste. The location is far from the city. But if you want to go to the university and the hospital, it is quite close. But if you walk, be careful. There are some homeless groups."

"I enjoyed my first stay when I was here. Housekeeping started around 7am the first day and woke me up. The second night, the person above me was very loud and it sounded like they were rolling their suitcase through the room all night."

Extended Stay America Select Suites - Denver - Aurora South

"They would enter the room unannounced every single day before check out. The office staff was great the manager is wonderful the location is ok but the people staying there are let’s say don’t take your kids or wife there . Police are there all the time there were slit of dealings if you know what I mean. ***** used rubbers in the parking lot . No breakfast and it clearly says it. The office closes at night if you get back and your card doesn’t work . Your screwed cause the phone you dial is corporate and we had to put a stick in our window to get door open. Spend a couple extra dollars and go anywhere else.."
