Guest User: I stayed at the Orbi apartments in Batumi for one night. The room is a bit dated, and the housekeeping leaves much to be desired: I found hairs, pieces of paper under the bed, and the kettle was dirty. Furthermore, the room lacked basic amenities for guests' comfort, such as tea or coffee mugs, hand soap, and a sponge or dish soap to wash the glasses. For a one-night stay at this price, the apartment is acceptable, but I wish more attention were paid to cleanliness and basic conveniences. Recommendation to the owners: replace the kettle, clean more thoroughly, and provide essential items for guests—mugs, hand soap, a sponge, and dishwashing liquid. These are small details that significantly enhance the stay and the overall impression of the apartment.

Mrs. GNB: Excellent location within walking distance of everything, courteous and very helpful and patient staff. Tremendous service team especially at front desk and in the restaurant at breakfast who are indeed hardworking and made the 14 days spent there not only a great experience but presented a sumptuous breakfast buffet that few can equal from twenty types of bread and pastries to fresh honey still on the hive tray that you carve out yourself. Guest User: This is an amazing hotel in the heart of Batumi, right opposite Europe Square, housed in a historic building with an astronomical clock. This IHG hotel opened at the end of December 2025. From the moment we arrived, we felt the staff's care, attention, and impeccable style. We stayed from January 3rd to 7th in a standard king-size room on the 3rd floor, with views of the historic city, the square, and Batumi Tower. The room was spacious with high ceilings, central air conditioning, and was very warm and comfortable in winter. In the room, we found fluffy bathrobes, soft slippers, an ironing board and iron, a capsule coffee machine, a tea set, stylish glasses, a Smart TV with YouTube, and a mini-bar (extra charge). Water was replenished daily. Housekeeping was excellent – a big thank you to the staff – and the toiletries were high-quality, with hygiene kits (toothbrushes and other amenities) provided upon check-in. The spa wasn't open during our stay, but the fitness center was. I particularly want to mention the bed and linens – we slept wonderfully. Breakfast initially was a buffet (hot dishes, pastries, cheeses, good quality coffee and tea), and later became à la carte, offering eggs Benedict, toast with salmon or bacon, syrniki (cottage cheese pancakes), and pancakes. The breakfast service was exceptional. I especially want to commend the reception staff: everyone was very friendly and spoke multiple languages, including Russian, which was very convenient. Special thanks to Assistant Manager Avtandil for his attentiveness and help; I've never experienced such hospitality. Thank you to Nana for the late check-out. We were completely satisfied with the hotel and the service, and we will definitely return and recommend it to our friends.❤️

Ali & Nino Statue
We were in Batumi in July and came to the sculpture closer to sunset. The impression was strong — the figures move slowly and smoothly, and the moment when they pass through each other really gets you. We stood through two cycles in a row, even though a full circle takes about 10 minutes. It's crowded in the evening, but you can still find a spot by the railing. The Ferris wheel is right next to it, so it's easy to combine with a walk. During the day, I think there's not much to see — all the magic is in the lighting and the dark. The only downside: you wait for the movement longer than it actually lasts. But I'd still recommend it — we've never seen anything like this anywhere else.
