Hotel perfect just for business people. Information through the hospitality and concierge must be improved. Especially for foreign visitors and no Chinese people. They told us that the Ethnic Museum of Kaili was open. We took a taxi and when we arrived the museum was closed. If we have to rate it from 1 to 10, this hotel is 8/10. Location was very good. Close by tha main shopping area and all the malls of the city. Walking distance from the downtown.

Guest User: I've really found a hidden gem of a hotel! I asked the front desk staff and they told me that Tingbo is a chain in Hunan, and this is their first branch in Guizhou. The front desk service is excellent; any issues were resolved quickly. Since it's a new hotel, all the facilities and equipment are complete and work perfectly. The hotel's location is also great, close to Kaili South Station, and there are snack shops about 1 kilometer away, just a few minutes' walk. On the first floor, there's a pub and a billiards hall, making it super convenient for dining, accommodation, and entertainment. Plus, the rice noodles for breakfast are genuinely delicious, better than many breakfast spots I've tried. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

BLYL: Upon arrival at Kailinan Station, the PIC of Leili sent someone to pick us up. She even recommended us places to go and to dine in Kaili during the short drive. To our surprise, all the staff of Leili are female! Wow, it was all girls power and we were so impressed of how well they have managed the homestay! The homestay is artistically designed and decorated,the ambience is so cozy, the rooms are so new and clean. Not forgetting, the staff are so enthusiastic and kind to share us some information about Kaili. The homestay even provided us with welcome afternoon tea sets which serves their local tea and midnight dessert (green bean soup). We just feel so home staying in Leili. =)

I bought a transportation ticket for the scenic area, which was quite convenient for taking the buses.
