My friend and I are both not fans of raw food. Salmon lava rice: Filling, slightly sweet, perfect with wasabi. Snow-capped foie gras and tuna sushi: The tuna is raw, but it has absolutely no raw taste. It really has the texture of ice cream. My friend and I could totally handle it. Those who don't like raw food can start by giving this a try. Foie gras sushi: Good, the seasoning has a hint of acidity. Creamy lemon shrimp: The sauce has a hint of lemon. It gets even richer after squeezing the lemon juice on it. Perfect. Yakitori platter (5 skewers): You can tell the quality of the ingredients is quite good. Each type has different seasoning. Some were a bit salty, but overall it was average. Charcoal-grilled live eel with egg: Eel rice: So delicious. The sauce isn't heavy, so the original flavor of the eel really comes through. It's fresh, fatty but not greasy. Absolutely amazing. Mayonnaise fried shrimp: The seasoning is very different from Feiniaoting. It has a bit of a strawberry flavor, and the meat quality is very good.
