"I went there because it was formerly a general's residence! When I first called to inquire, the owner told me not to book a room in the guesthouse type, claiming the conditions were average, similar to a hostel. I booked a room anyway, thinking I'd spend one night there. Later, they called to say the water heater in my room was broken and demanded I cancel and book a more expensive room. It was already late, and why should I bear the responsibility for the business's problem? I disagreed, and they offered to upgrade me to a deluxe king room, but as you can see in the pictures, the hygiene was terrible. The shower gel in the bathroom hadn't even been changed! And it didn't feel like they were cleaning at all! Also, the hallway light shone through the glass at night, making it impossible to sleep. This accommodation was worse than a hostel. The receptionist was quite nice, but the owner was very rude. Later, when I ran into him, he actually said, "I've already been very good to you." What does that mean? If you can't maintain your rooms properly, don't open for business! If you don't know how to provide proper customer service, don't take bookings. Don't waste such a fine general's residence!"
