Duan's Grand Courtyard, also known as Duan's Old Evil Forest, is located in Gaoping Town, Guanghan City, 2 kilometers away from Sanxingdui Ancient Ruins Cultural Tourism Area. The Duan Family Courtyard is an ancient courtyard that reflects the style of traditional residences in western Sichuan. It was built in the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty. At that time, the Duan clan entered Sichuan from Huguang and settled down here, and built the Duan Family Courtyard. At that time, the environment here was very good, with many trees and wide forests, attracting many birds to settle down, among them, there were many old scorpions, so it was called "Duan's old scorpion forest". At the end of the last century, the descendants of the Duan family rebuilt the "Duan Family Courtyard" on the former site of Laohu Forest. It lasted for six years. , don't have fun. The Zhiguang Building in the courtyard is more than 10 feet high, and the building overlooks the Western Sichuan Plain, with a field of view of more than 100 miles. The buildings of the Duan Family Courtyard use traditional building materials such as wood, blue tiles, slate, and earth paint. There is also an exhibition hall of ancient residential appliances in the compound, which was built by the descendants of the Duan family to collect old furniture in western Sichuan.
