Balanced Stone Park is a peculiar park on the outskirts of Harare. It is neither famous for its precious flowers nor beautiful scenery, but it is world-famous for its giant and grotesque stones. The "boat-shaped boulder" pattern in the park has become one of Zimbabwe's national symbols, and it is widely known by being printed on banknotes and tourist brochures.
