This is an ancient temple built in 1879, full of exquisite carvings, the hall is full of exquisite carvings about the snake god Naga, the murals in the main hall tell the story of the founder of the temple, and the exquisite candle holder haangthien placed in the temple Zombies are also depicted at both ends. With funding from UNESCO and New Zealand, the monastery was converted into classrooms to train novices and monks in various skills in maintaining the temples of Luang Prabang, including wood carving, painting and Buddha casting.
