The Nantong Abacus Museum introduces the history of the traditional Chinese calculation tool, the abacus, and displays all kinds of abacus. The abacus boutique hall displays various abacuses from ancient times to the present. The small abacus is only the size of a fingernail, and the large abacus is as tall as a person. There is also a giant red sandalwood abacus with simple shape and unique structure in the red sandalwood abacus hall. The south side of the museum extends to the Hao River. You can go to the hydrophilic platform extending into the river to enjoy the beautiful scenery on both sides of the river. You can also cross the bridge and take a stroll to Yinyuetan, a small island in the river.
