TheForkUserLa Recreation is such a wonderful experience on all counts.....service, food, wine selection and ambiance. There were four of us at lunch and we all had different entrees and plats and desserts....lots of "wow" moments after every first taste. And then after leaving, the walk around this little village and visiting the museum and church is a perfect ending.

TheForkUserIt was delightful to sit outside on a warm evening and enjoy some well-presented and tasty food. The tuna tartare was a revelation and I would certainly order it again. The profiterole (!) was massive with rich delicious chocolate sauce. The wine (Chateau du Cedre) we already knew and love.

TheForkUserWe've been to this restaurant before - some 17 years ago - and it's just as good now as it was then. Food is excellent value and the service wonderful. There's a lovely atmosphere and it's very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The staff were warm and very welcoming, food and service was outstanding, and we had a great conversation about France with Monsieur Matthias (hotel boss) and a lovely gentleman. Overall, it was a wholesome experience, and I would definitely recommend.
