Xiangshan Temple is located at the foot of Xiangshan Mountain in the west corner of Quanzhou County, Guilin City, Guangxi Province. Known as "Xing Tang Xian Song" reputation. Xiangshan Temple was founded in 756 AD by the eminent monk Wuliangshou Buddha in the Tang Dynasty. The four emperors of the Song Dynasty successively added seals five times, and Song Huizong came to worship in person; in the early Qing Dynasty, the famous painter Shi Tao lived in the temple as a monk for 21 years, and there are stone carvings in the temple; Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty wrote the cliff inscription "Shou Shi Ci Yin". In the temple, there are also Feilai Stone, Washing Bowl Spring, Miaoming Pagoda, Shoufo Hall, Yuantong Treasure Hall, and animal stone carvings in the Free Life Pond. In its heyday, the building area of the temple was 18,000 square meters. As the oldest Buddhist temple in Guangxi, Xiangshan Temple attracts many tourists from home and abroad to worship and visit, especially the three major Buddhist festivals, which are crowded with people. Miaoming Pagoda is located at the foot of Xiangshan Temple. It was built for the burial of Quanzhen's body during Song Chunyou years. The incense was very strong at that time. When Huizong of the Northern Song Dynasty visited Nanyue, he came to pay homage. Temple Pagoda. Miaoming Pagoda is a seven-level floating map, 26 meters high and 6.8 meters in diameter at the bottom. It has a peculiar structure and is majestic. It has eight directions on the outside and six directions on the inside. It is hollow, with a curved wall and spiraling upwards. There are more than 20 inscriptions in the past dynasties; the top of the tower is in the shape of a gourd, with dozens of copper bells hanging; , it is refreshing, and the joy is endless. Miaoming Pagoda can be called a "treasure house of art", with dozens of cliff stone carvings, poems, Fanglan stone tablets, etc., especially the stone carving orchid signed by monk Shitao in the Qing Dynasty, and the emperor Kangxi's own inscription "Shou Shi Ci Yin". The contemporary Quanzhou Wenqiao native Ren Chundao wrote the inscription "Miaoming Pagoda" which complements each other, and the cliff wall shines. After more than a thousand years, the Miaoming Pagoda is still standing in southern Chunan. Climbing the tower for sightseeing has been a great pleasure for Chinese and foreign tourists. The existing Buddhist cultural relics in Xiangshan Temple include various stone carvings, Guanyin statues, Miaoming Pagoda, etc. In addition, there is a famous natural heritage "Xi Ti Rock Spring".
