Essen's Jewish group inaugurated the synagogue in 1913. The dome, designed and built by architect Edmund Kner, can accommodate 1,400 people, and its interior was burned down on the night of the Third Reich massacre on November 9, 1938, and then went through war, but the overall building was almost safe. The renovated synagogue is now a memorial site for numerous exhibitions.

This is the largest synagogue in Germany. Since it was preserved intact in World War II, it is closer to a memorial. The green top makes the whole church a bit special, but it is more interesting to find that there is still a guide to explain.

The Old synagogue, located in downtown Essen, is an important Jewish memorial church in Essen. The old synagogue has a history of 100 years, the architectural exterior is magnificent, the church exterior is maintained a hundred years ago, and the interior is newly decorated.
