civic center cultural complex is an area near the state legislature building. Now civic center building is mainly used to hold various activities, such as conferences and exhibitions. There are a lot of tramps on the lawn of the nearby park. It is good to visit during the day, and don't stay nearby at night. Pay attention to low-key and safety.
