Wa is Saipan's most unique dive site. The rock formations reveal about 30 feet of sand, and on a clear day up to 40 parrots will play in the waters around the rock. Divers keep going deep down the rock, and Shan State is gradually left behind. Many times, divers can capture the perfect time to shoot the lizards.
