The Frye Art Museum is my favorite art museum in Seattle. It is always free year-round though I always contribute a few bucks to help support their expenses or purchase one of the many great art books from the giftshop as compensation. The Frye features a rotating display of breath-taking pre-Raphaelite art with portraits, landscapes and very large still life pieces. My favorite artist of the collection is William-Adolphe Bouguereau-his stunning portraits are the reason I visit the Frye again and again. The Frye also has rotating exhibits of modern art and unlike other modern art exhibits in the area I have always found the ones at the Frye to be the most inspirational and thought provoking.

The Frei Museum of Art seems to be a private museum, but the water needs tickets. The museum is very beautiful, the surrounding scenery is also very good, the exhibits are very rich, and there are restaurants with a particularly good environment.

The Frye is an unusual and interesting collection of art, from kids drawings to some very nice 19th C German paintings. A great couple hour visit and it is free.

We went here for at least a few years. The museum is free and the parking across the road is free. Excellent quiet enjoyment for a few hours. Probably better than the Seattle Museum of Art. There is a collection of works and a small cafe. It takes a little uphill to get there, but it takes 15 minutes.

My wife and I visited the Fly Museum as a substitute for the Seattle Museum of Art. Although there is no SAM, it has proved to be an interesting museum. Located in a good neighborhood and walking from the city centre, Frye is perfect. Yes, it's worth donating. Our favorite Storm Weber exhibition is described as "at the meeting of the stone wall working class LGBTQ culture in front of the First Nation and Pioneer Square, Weber's work was valuable, the story of the marginalized people drowning, and the land itself" and spent a lot of time putting it aside. So Amie Siegal introduces "interior decoration". If you like, you can fully experience a wonderful quiet, quiet space in two hours or more, and fully appreciate according to the number and scope of the exhibits. It seems that many museums have so many exhibits that they may be tired to absorb them; Frey offers a very good choice. In the end, we were glad that we decided to go to Fry instead of waiting for a long time in SAM, but did not return to the next day.

Just in the small art gallery near St. James Cathedral, because it is free, I saw it together. The art gallery is named after the original collector of the collection, and one of the exhibition halls is full of paintings and sees the eyes. In addition, there are some seemingly modern art works that are not very clear, and the task is completed by watching the flowers.

Visiting the Frye Art Museum, you can walk around and enjoy creative works of art. Oil paintings from inspired artists are included on the walls. Porcelains are arranged around them. Sculptures are all worth appreciating.
