The east is on the Huangpu River, the south is the Bund Green Belt, the west is along Zhongshan East Road, and the north is on the Wushu River (Suzhou River). Built in August 1868, after many renovations, used multiple names: public garden, foreign garden, public garden, bridge park, outer ferry park, Huangputan park, etc. The park integrates the Shanghai People's Heroes Memorial Tower, the Bund History Memorial Hall, large reliefs and Memorial Tower Square with the park garden landscape, integrating the functions of sightseeing, leisure and education, and is one of the important landscapes of the Bund. Huangpu Park Plaza is the best location for viewing the scenery on both sides of the Pujiang River recommended by the Bund Reform Headquarters. Huangpu Park is the first public garden in Shanghai and China.
