The Kurumi Friendship Art Museum was built in the 1980s. Hefei and Japan Kurumi were built as friendly cities, originally intended to develop cultural exchanges between the two cities. As the years progressed, the museum opened many calligraphy and painting cultural exhibitions, greatly enriching people's cultural life.
