Photos of Victory Gate

There are five gates to enter Angkor Thom. The Victory Gate is the northeast gate of Angkor Thom, the second most commonly used gate leading to the Royal Plaza, and also the gate for soldiers to return home after victory, which is equivalent to the Desheng Gate in Beijing and the Arc de Triomphe in Paris. Entering and exiting from this gate, visitors can see many typical sculptures, and climbing the Victory Gate can see the statues on the walls on both sides.
