Esplanade Theatres on the Bay is a well-known art venue in Singapore with a unique dome that resembles durian. There is a concert hall, theater, performance hall, rehearsal room and outdoor performance space in the art center. Local and international performances are held here regularly, from musicals, concerts, dance shows, dramas to outdoor performances and lunch concerts. During the day you can take pictures of the Merlion, which stands opposite from the Art Center, with excellent location and angle. When the evening lights come on, the resplendent night scene is utterly alluring.
