Lanyang Museum is a natural history museum that introduces Yilan. It is located next to the swamp wetlands beside Wushi Port in Toucheng, Yilan. This was originally the prosperous Wushi Port in history, but it has now become a wetland. The construction of the museum incorporates wetlands as an outdoor display. The museum is a stunning triangular pyramid-shaped building, which is inserted into the ground at an angle of about 20 degrees. One side is inclined and the other is steep, showing an asymmetrical beauty. From a distance it looks like a building in the water.
