The Xiaofu River is Zibo's mother river, originating from Boshan, flowing through Luanchuan, Zhoucun, Xingtai, injecting Xiaoqing River from Gaoqing and finally into the Yellow River. The management of the Xiaofu River by the Zibo Municipal Government in these years is still obvious.
