Yinchuan Villas

From the welcome to the departure everything was perfect with this stay. The location is fantastic and we really enjoyed the facilities, the pool, the executive lounge and breakfast were great. Special shout out and thanks to a few of the team who helped us, Aria upon arrival and Joanna with her team in the executive lounge. Definitely would recommend for the location, facilities and service. Thank you for a great stay.

Very good hotel. Unfortunately, no one in this hotel can speak English and therefore the stay was a bit difficult for me. My credit card did not work due to the reader of the hotel. I had to withdraw cash and then pay the deposit in cash. Finally, the stay was a big disappointment that the Sheraton brand should stand for a different kind of service than what I received there. I don't think I will ever stay at this hotel again.

I was full of confidence to go to Xinjie, Weizhou Town, Wuzhong County, Ningxia to find my missing sister for 37 years. I heard from my mother that I had a younger sister who was separated from me when she was born... I always thought of Ningxia to find my missing sister for 37 years. loved ones. I didn't know that the epidemic around Yinchuan was so serious until I got off the plane. Wanting to try my luck, I rented a car and drove to Wuzhong County. There were almost no cars on the expressway, and some openings were blocked. After driving for more than an hour, I got off the expressway and drove on the national highway. I was blocked by a row of dirt piles at a place 15 kilometers away from Weizhou Town. After inquiring, I found out that it was closed due to the epidemic. Control the status without leaving home. I had to drive back to Yinchuan, and I chose Marriott, a relatively high-end hotel in Yinchuan, on Ctrip. Marriott's staff are very enthusiastic, and the sanitation is good, which comforted my lost heart. When I learned that the room I booked did not have breakfast, I took the initiative to give me breakfast. They also upgraded my room to a panoramic room, overlooking the entire night view of Yinchuan at night. The exhaustion of the day was relieved by staying at the Marriott Hotel for one night. Due to the epidemic, I have to leave as soon as possible, and I will definitely come to Yinchuan again. I also want to go to Xinjie in Weizhou Town, Wuzhong County to find my own sister whom I have never met.

Bringing my family to Yinchuan for the New Year, there are people crowded all over the country. I didn’t expect that there are not many people in the scenic spot. It just happened that the New Year was not cold. The travel experience was very good. Back to the hotel, the lobby layout was very New Year atmosphere, the waiters at the front desk were very enthusiastic, and the room placed a handwritten guest letter for us. And my New Year's greetings, very cute. The parking lot is big enough and free. The room is cleaned in time and clean. Although the hotel has been in business for 10 years, it feels well maintained. Oh, by the way, it also provides free bathtub cover. This is what we didn't expect. It can be seen that it is doing service seriously. The view of the room is also good. You can see the mountains, rivers, and city views. It feels like a good choice. If you have the opportunity to come again, you will choose here.

The hotel is in the Cultural City, with a lake behind it, the environment is very good, but also very clean, there are piano music in the corridor, the first time you check in, there will be welcome fruits The room is relatively regular, approximately square, and moderate in size. The toiletries are independent small bottles, which are easy to use. There are Bluetooth speakers in the room, which can be connected to mobile phones to play songs. There is also a small aromatherapy. The bathroom water temperature is moderate. Breakfast is not bad. Yes, it’s on the ground floor...The only drawback is that the room is really cold, and the air conditioner can only be used for cooling, so you have to wear a coat in the room...

Even if it’s called Holiday Inn Downtown, the real downtown is about 30 mins far by car. THe room is very nice, clean and modern. We were assigned a room at the 24th floor which lets you enjoy a view. There’s free coffee machine at the reception, best service of the hotel. In the dining room where breakfast is served there’s a kids playground, very comfortable for parents in order to forget they have kids for few minutes. Breakfast is average according to my wife. I say there are the best chocolate croissants ever existed. Pay attention that they are kept hidden, I suppose the staff hopes they don’t get finished so they can have some too. I had 10 of them during the last breakfast, unfortunately I was full and couldn’t eat more of them. I have no idea why my son (2 years old) kept mentioning this hotel for days, probably he thinks it’s the best in China. I couldn’t agree more if he tried those croissants.

Walking distance from Yinchuan Railway Station and also not too far by car from the Western Xia Imperial Mausoleums, which is probably the most interesting place to visit in/around town. Clear views around and clean design. The windows could be of better quality (more air tight) and the cleaning improved. I dropped a pen by accident next to the bed and when I looked for it under the bed I was impressed with the amount of dust and “garbage” accumulated under the bed, including some 2 or 3 slippers. It looked like not being cleaned for months. Aparte from that, the overall feeling of the room was good.

When traveling to Yinchuan, I saw the Hyatt Place Hotel. It is in the business center and is very convenient for eating, shopping and entertainment. The hotel facilities are relatively new and meet the needs of young people. The room size is okay, the sofa is very comfortable, and the bathroom is large. However, the glass in the shower room does not have a film. If a person washes outside, he can see inside. The air conditioning in the room is very good. Awesome, it is worth mentioning that the wardrobe is equipped with a blanket, which can be used to cover it when it is hot. It is very user-friendly. The hygiene details are not good enough. There are hairs and some soap stains. This needs attention, because after all, some people will care about this. The breakfast was average, not rich enough and tasted average. Overall, the price/performance ratio is pretty good.

The hotel has complete facilities, beautiful environment and strategic location. It is next to the shopping mall and is very convenient for shopping and eating. The room is clean and the bedding is very comfortable. The room I stayed in had separate office areas, sitting areas, and washing areas. The price was reasonable, and I was very satisfied. The front desk legge service was warm and thoughtful, a very good experience.

Service was excellent- the room service menu is fairly priced and tasty and all the staff I interacted with were very professional and efficient. Location is pretty central, but also in a quiet area. There are a lot of electric bikes nearby which you can use easily to get to other places in the city. The room was bigger than it seemed online and the floor to ceiling windows were amazing.
