Yanfu Former Residence and Tomb

Yan Fu's tomb is located in Aotou Mountain, Yangqi Village, Gaishan Town, a suburb of Fuzhou City. In the second year of Xuantong in the Qing Dynasty (1910), Yan Fu personally chose the site to build it before his death, and buried Yan Fu's wife Wang. Northeast facing, wind-shaped, earth-rock structure, five-story tomb, covering an area of 1680 square meters, surrounded by walls. In front of the tomb, there are two doors in the guard wall of the stone wall. In the third floor of the tomb, there is a stone horizontal screen, and the screen is inscribed with the 4-character regular script "Wei Shi Zhi An". The shape of the seal is like a cauldron, and a bluestone tombstone is erected in front of the seal. The regular script on the surface of the tablet reads: "The Longevity of Mr. The tomb pillars are melon-topped dragon pillars and flying dragon coiled pillars. There are scroll-shaped stone screens on both sides of the tomb column, carved with plum, bird, pine, crane and other patterns, and the carving is exquisite. On the west side of the enclosure, there are two statues of the land and the god of wealth, which are realistic in shape. The tomb is solemn and majestic, and it is a large-scale tomb in Fuzhou in modern times.
