5 stars right across the board.
The service was 1st class. Robert is polite, helpful and speaks excellent English The food, well, the Black Angus steaks were sublime, the cheesecake was so light and fluffy that it is amazing it did...
Cosentino was a little more curiosous site, but could sweep a little better to put the look and remove the large metal plates and replace them with others of wood or more beautiful material.
You can make a very good idea of the canters and their extraction from this viewer. There are also some explanatory panels of history and the extraction of the stone ....
If you are traveling by the road near the village of Macael, it's worth stoping in this view, as you can admire a very different view from the usual ...
Seeing the marble vetes, as they extract it, manipulate it, what doesn't worth to blocks break it, etc. makes you know the job when you come home and see your encimer until you reach your kitchen.
