Centered on the ruins of the Celestial Dynasty (now the seat of the People's Government of Mengshan County), it is surrounded by the ancient city wall of Yong'an Prefecture. The ancient city wall was built in AD 1477. The whole city has a circumference of 248 meters, a height of 5 meters and a thickness of 2 meters. The existing city wall was repaired during the reign of Daoguang in the Qing Dynasty, and the words "Daoguang" on the bricks are clearly visible. When the Taiping army attacked the city, they adopted the tactic of attacking the east and attacking the west. They climbed the city from the southwest corner of the city and conquered the city of Yong'an in one fell swoop. They won the first victory of occupying the city since the Jintian Uprising. From September 1851 to April 1852, the five kings of East, West, South, North and Wing were divided. There are east, west, south, and north forts around the state city. The east fort is located at Wangwangling about 500 meters east of the city, the south fort is located at Dajialing about 500 meters south of the city, the west fort is located at Tuanguanling, which is half a mile west of the city, and the north fort is located in Dajialing, about 500 meters south of the city. There are ancient weapons such as shields, piglets, hooks, knives, tridents, projectiles, and penny guns, as well as the skulls of Wujiang, the prefect of Yongan Prefecture, which were unearthed in the mud pit of Qujing, which have extremely high archaeological value. Wu Temple: It was built in the third year of Shunzhi in the Qing Dynasty and rebuilt in the fifth year of Kangxi in the Qing Dynasty (1866), covering an area of about 302 square meters. It consists of four parts: the main hall, the patio, the front door, and the east and west wing rooms. It is a brick, wood and glazed tile structure. It is famous for being an important place for the leaders of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom to discuss military aircraft events. Zhongyingling Sanctuary: It is located on Zhongyingling, nine kilometers south of the city. There are two walls built in the holy storehouse, each with four doors, with houses built inside, garrisoned troops on the outer layer, and food and various combat equipment stored in the inner layer, which is a holy storehouse for the Taiping army. The holy treasury system is an important economic system formulated by the Taiping Army in Yong'an Prefecture. It provides economic and material support for the establishment and consolidation of the Taiping Rebellion's revolutionary regime. At the same time, it plays an extremely important role in uniting the Taiping soldiers and improving the combat effectiveness of the troops.
