It is a simple temple of tokimune.
This temple is about 38 minutes walk from the north exit of Ninomiya Station, and about 49 minutes walk from Kokufutsu Station in Odawara City, so I think it's closer from Ninomiya Station. It's in a pretty rural area, and while I was walking around Kawamagu Shrine in Ninomiya, I found this temple right under the Shinkansen guard.
