Miyakojima Shrine is said to have been built by Emperor Goshirakawa, and it is also said to be the fifteen shrines because many gods are enshrined in the main gods of Amaterasu Omikami. The stone triple treasure seal tower in the precincts of Miyakojima Shrine is designated as a tangible cultural property of Osaka Prefecture in the 2nd year of Kagen (1304). The Horakuinto is a tower that houses scriptures, but it is also built as a memorial tower or a tomb tower. The decoration projected in the four corners of the roof is engraved with Buddha statues and bonji on the tower, and the ones here are stacked in three layers ...
Inside the Toshima Shrine
It is located in the precincts of Miyakojima Shrine. The shrine seems to be new, but this tower is very old and may be the best attraction in the precincts. It's not a very large precinct, so you can find it immediately.
Kansai's oldest stone tower
