Qingdao Site Museum of the Former German Governor's Residence

[Qingdao German Governor's Building Museum] is a three-story building with a basement floor. It was built in 1907 and has a history of nearly 120 years. It shows the luxury and fashion of that era and witness the changes in modern Chinese history. Some important historical figures have been here, such as: Sun Yat-sen, Song Meiling, Song Ziwen, Jiang Jingguo, Wang Jingwei, etc. After liberation, Chairman Mao and Chen Yun stayed here and received Party and state leaders such as Zhou Enlai, Liu Shaoqi, Zhu De, Deng Xiaoping: they also received important foreign friends such as Ho Chi Minh and Sihanouk.

Very beautiful, well preserved ancient buildings, strong German style, worth visiting! Looking at a house from the window on the third floor, it looks like a small European town. The stairs are very distinctive, and there is a wine cellar underneath.

After I arrived at the attraction, the staff told me that I bought a ticket online. After I bought a ticket, I went in. Qingdao's sense of history came to my face. The tour time was not long. It feels worth it.

The governor's residence during the German colonial Qingdao period, the building is still very beautiful. It is still very German style inside. Unlike French and other European palace styles, the residence is in the middle of the mountain. Nearby is the original German residential area, and the house is well preserved and maintained.
