The former site of the Heilongjiang Supervisory Department is located in Qiqihar City. The Heilongjiang Supervisory Department was originally a deputy Dutong private house built in Qing Jiaqing for 11 years, also known as the adult mansion. At the end of the Qing Dynasty, the acting Heilongjiang Inspector Cheng Dequan began construction on this basis, and Zhou Shumo was later built by the inspector.
