Heilongjiang Zhalong National Nature Reserve is a rare waterfowl distribution area in our country, mainly for cranes and other large waterfowls, with a total area of 21 hectares. Recommendation The reserve has the world-famous Zhalong Wetland, which is the first in Asia, the fourth in the world, and the largest reed wetland in the world. There are 15 species of cranes in the world, 9 in China, and 6 in Zhalong; there are less than 2000 red-crowned cranes in the world, and more than 400 in Zhalong. The "Zhalong Lake Bird Watching Tourist Area" in Zhalong Nature Reserve is 8 kilometers long, 9 kilometers wide, and covers an area of 1550 hectares, including: visiting exhibition halls and crane breeding farms, and viewing reed marsh landscapes in wetlands.
