The Cotigao Reserve is located about 9 kilometers south of Paloron and has wildlife such as monkeys, kingfishers and deer. It is more likely to see animals in the morning and can be viewed from the two forest watchtowers in the reserve.

The natural environment in the reserve is very good, there are more migratory birds, and no other animals are seen.
