Situated just outside the cruise terminal his tunnel led us through to some lovely buildings in the inner Harbour. You have to be careful of the traffic but it doesn't move very fast
Use it
Jump in to culture and do what the locals do. I saw tourists decide not to walk through it only because it didn't seem safe! Just like anywhere in the world, it's as safe as you make it...just be awar...
