这次五一我们避开了人潮汹涌的大理丽江,选择了小众而静谧的腾冲。这里有悠闲的古镇,恬淡的田园,美味的餐食,珍贵的玉石。最让我们惊喜的,这里还可以走进茶海,亲自采茶制茶,感受别样的体验!高黎贡山的茶叶在腾冲还是很出名的,我们在网上找到的制茶体验就在高黎贡山下,叫绮罗茶园,和大地茶海餐厅是同一家。采茶体验进入茶园,就能看到成片成片的无尽茶海,我们来的时候刚刚下过雨,雨过天晴后茶树上映着水滴,那叫一个青翠欲滴~采茶体验其实很欢快,会有工作人员拿着小茶篓教学,告诉我们怎么摘茶,不到一会儿就能摘出很多呢!站在茶海里俯瞰整片茶树,远处的公路隐约可见,真的是一派静谧的田园风光!当然,在茶海里千万别忘了拍照呀!黄色的斗笠、碧绿的茶海,构成一副绝美的画面~制茶体验这里有上千亩的连绵茶海,茶树根据不同年龄分为古树、老树、大树,不同的茶树品质不一样,制出的茶饼也略有不同。我们一向是喝不出太多差别的,这次体验也是想要给自己的旅行留个纪念,所以选择了最便宜的大树茶。第一步:手绘包装制茶的第一步就是先来给茶叶画一个包装纸和茶叶签,这里就要发挥自己的美术功底啦!可惜我拍照还好画画真的是对不起老师,所以就照猫画虎来了个抹茶冰激凌的造型,哈哈哈哈最终不要太丑就好!第二步:称重蒸茶接下来工作人员会把准备好的茶叶拿出来让你称重,然后放到机器里面,轻轻扣动按钮,蒸汽充斥在茶桶里,热气会让茶叶变得更加柔软,也方便后面的压制。第三步:装袋压饼下面的步骤就至关重要啦!蒸好的茶叶放在布袋子里,用特殊的手法在收口处不断旋转,均匀受力后压成饼状。接下来,将压好的布袋子放在石臼下面,人踩上石头来回均匀碾轧,依靠石头的重量把茶饼压制好。第四步:包装晾干最后一步说起来简单,但其实很考验人的手法哦!包装时候要像包包子一样,一个褶压着一个褶,包出来才能好看有严密,实在是考验手工能力!通过以上步骤,一个专属于自己的茶饼就制作完成啦!来腾冲,建议一定要留出半天时间,静心在茶海里慢慢体验,真的是不错的选择哦!穿搭推荐:在茶海一定不要选择太花哨的衣服,素净一点的颜色更能衬得照片更有质感哦~地址:云南省保山市腾冲市机场路下一公里处价格:人均100元
