Wangzhanyuan Former Residence

Built around 1920, covering an area of 4,459 square meters, construction area of 2,256 square meters, brick and wood structure, divided into three parts of the main building, the second building, the front building. The main building is three floors, plus the attic, high slope top, and the plane is "Π".

Each building is asymmetrical layout, the front protruding part of the first floor is a semicircular glass hall, its upper front is a balcony, the 2-story roof is exposed to the concrete large balconies, the back half of the balcony is a partial 3-story bedroom. The former residence is now the first worker sanatorium, and is listed as an immovable cultural relics in Tianjin.

The small western-style building, located at 60 Dali Road, Tianjin, is not exactly Wang Zhanyuan's old residence.
