This was a quirky find. Open on a Thursday afternoon where you have to wait until 2.30pm at the narrow main gate to get in and park on the grass. Lovely cottage gardens with steep drop to the river. ...
Perfect combination of charm and utility- very friendly, excellent all round.
Very charming accommodation, very convenient for the town and local restaurants and shops. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Excellent on site museum for any civil war buffs.
