Small but well-kept landscape garden
Behind the Jinpu-kaku building you will find this small but well-kept landscape garden. Nicely built with some great views on the Jinpu-kaku building itself as well as the Tottori castle ruins. Very r...
We also visited the garden of Nifukaku. It is said that Yoshinori Ikeda, the twelfth feudal lord, made it for Horyuin, the widow of the eleventh feudal lord Keiei Ikeda. The green was beautiful because it was a nice day during Golden Week. It is a harmonious natural beauty against the background of Mt. Hisamatsu, the ruins of Tottori Castle.
From the instruction manual, it seems to be a garden with a lawn and a pond behind Nifukaku. It's like a Japanese garden landscaped in the late Edo period.

It is a garden of a Western-style building that seems to be the stage of Kogoro Akechi. I couldn't enter on Monday on vacation, but I can overlook from Ninomaru of Tottori Castle. It was very good from here.
